Education and Early Career
Mr. Gueli attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He is admitted
to the New York State Bar, and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern
Districts of New York. He has served as a judge for the American Legion
Oratorical Program since 2005. He is a member of the New York State Bar
Association, Nassau County Bar Association and New York State Academy
of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Gueli began his legal career as a law clerk with a general practice law firm focusing on Trusts & Estates, Real Estate Transactions and Business Transactions. In 1998, Mr. Gueli started work at a highly successful personal injury law firm on Long Island. Thereafter, he practiced with a defense firm where he worked extensively in the areas of general liability, premises liability, automobile, rental car, trucking, slip and fall, construction/labor law, products liability and coverage matters in which individuals and companies required representation. He handled all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, and served as defense counsel to a variety of nationally recognized insurance companies.
In his years as a defense attorney, Mr. Gueli gained invaluable experience in the handling of complex litigation cases. He brings to each of his clients his experience in understanding and aggressively prosecuting cases knowing how such cases are defended and evaluated by insurance companies.
Experienced Trial Counsel

A testament to Mr. Gueli’s legal ability can be seen in the fact that attorneys throughout the New York metropolitan area retain him as their trial counsel to try cases for their clients and to assist them in other legal matters.
