Nassau County Man Sues Sears After Slip and Fall Accident

On April 27th, 2012, a Nassau County man filed a lawsuit against Sears, Sears Roebuck & Co., and Sears Holdings Management Corp for injuries he sustained in a slip and fall accident at a Sears store in Nassau County [NY], back in 2009. According to the charges, the accident caused the man severe shock, pain, and mental anguish. He was left unable to perform even normal, everyday routines and he will apparently continue to incur medical expenses as a result of his injuries, for the rest of his life. In addition, the lawsuit contends that Sears was aware of the unsafe conditions at their store, however allowed public to enter regardless.
